Orders are be placed through our website or by email, and are picked up either at local farmers’ markets in the summer or at one of our two local drop-off locations: Nature’s Bounty in Sorrento and at Shuswap Flour Mill in Celista. We use a minimal sifting process, that only removes the largest, coarsest particles of bran, ensuring the nutritious germ and finer bran remain.
